By using this site to browse services or book an appointment, you agree to these terms. MAVI provides the software; your appointment and the services you receive are provided by the independent salon you book with.

Booking a time may require a non-refundable deposit to hold the slot. The exact deposit amount and the cancellation window are shown to you before you pay, and you must accept the salon's booking policy at checkout. The deposit is applied toward the price of your service.

You may cancel or reschedule within the salon's stated window at no penalty. Cancelling later than the window, or not showing up, may forfeit the deposit as described in the policy you accepted when booking. Salons may set their own specific rules.

Prices are set by the salon and shown before you book. Payments and deposits are processed by Square and Stripe on their secure pages. The amount you are charged is calculated by the salon's system, not entered by you.

Provide accurate contact information, arrive on time, and tell the salon of any relevant health conditions or allergies before a service. Do not misuse the site or attempt to access data that is not yours.

Some salons offer regulated services. Those are subject to a consultation and any required good-faith examination; booking a time does not guarantee a service will be performed if it is not clinically appropriate. Information on the site is not medical advice.

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but times, prices and availability can change, and the service is provided "as is." Occasionally a salon may need to reschedule; you will be contacted if that happens.
