Terms & Conditions
Terms of service and SMS messaging terms for Beauty Rey.
Booking and deposits
Booking an appointment with Beauty Rey is a request for a specific time with a specific specialist. Some services require a deposit to hold the time; the deposit goes towards the price of the service. Prices and service times shown when booking are the ones that apply.
Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Please change or cancel through the link in your booking message, or by contacting the salon, as early as you can. Beauty Rey sets its own notice period and deposit rules and will tell you what they are before you pay.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Square and Stripe on their own secure pages. Beauty Rey does not see or store your full card number.
SMS text messaging terms
How you opt in. You give consent directly to Beauty Rey by entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS box on the Beauty Rey booking form at beautyrey.joinmavi.com/book. The boxes are not ticked by default, and opting in is not a condition of booking. Beauty Rey does not buy, rent or receive phone numbers or consent from any third party or lead source.
Two separate choices. Appointment messages (confirmations, reminders, changes) and offers are separate boxes. Ticking one never signs you up for the other.
- What we send: appointment confirmations, reminders and changes; and, only if you ticked that box, occasional offers and news from Beauty Rey.
- How often: appointment messages depend on your bookings — typically a few per visit. Offers, if you agreed to them, are limited to 4 per calendar month.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP we send one confirmation message and then stop texting you — all texts, not just offers. Text HELP for help, or call (917) 965-4773.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How your information is handled is described in the Beauty Rey Privacy Policy.
